Who we are
Beach Crest Residential Home, 40 Marine Drive East, Barton-on-Sea, New Milton, Hampshire BH25 7DX, is responsible for the personal details you send us through this website. To ask about them, call 01425 612506 or email manager@beachcrest.co.uk.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your phone number or email, what you would like (a visit, a brochure or an answer), and anything you write in the message.Please do not put detailed health information in the form. We would rather talk about care needs by phone or in person.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you: to answer your question, arrange a visit or send a brochure. You asked us to get in touch, so our lawful basis is legitimate interests.We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing.
Who sees it
The care home manager receives it, with the family who run the home. The companies that host this website and send and forward our email carry your message to us.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for at least six months. We delete it when it is no longer needed, and always within 12 months. If you find care somewhere else, we delete your details after we have checked that with you. If you come to live here, those details become part of your care records.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the manager at manager@beachcrest.co.uk, or call 01425 612506. We will reply within one month.If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies and maps
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map comes from Google Maps.We also count visits, with no cookie and no name. The count shows which pages were opened. A company called Cloudflare does this count for us.CookiesUpdated October 2026.
